We assess each case individually and pursue recovery through appropriate means. However, we do not and cannot guarantee that any specific amount of funds will be recovered. Recovery depends on factors including the payment method, timing and the parties involved.

3. Fees

Our initial consultation and case review are provided free of charge. Where we agree to pursue a recovery, our fees are success-based and will be set out clearly in a written agreement before any work begins. No upfront fees are required to submit an enquiry.

4. Eligibility

We generally consider cases involving losses of €500 or more. We reserve the right to decline any case at our discretion, including where recovery is not feasible.

5. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your case. Providing false or misleading information may affect our ability to assist you and may result in termination of any engagement.

6. Intellectual Property

7. Limitation of Liability
